That's an awesome one !
At least now you can prepare your shot while booting, instead of just waiting.
Is the video visible on both Red LCD, EVF and HD-SDI / HDMI outs, or just on some of these ?

The RAW view user key is a nice option too.

Nils.

very very cool guys, well done on this one.

Just finished uploading......

Wow.... New "Initializing" screen and being able to see through the lens while booting....

And the EVF.... Love this viewfinder!

I haven't updated to B16 yet at all, had a shoot this week but that's done now and I'm going to dive in.

Does this require the two-step process that the previous one did? Or more, does it require the pre B16 update, then B16 3.1.2, THEN B16 3.1.5?

If you download the new one, it comes with the other build - 2 step process period.

I updated last night. Then again today. Painless and pretty fast.
If my hand wasn't broken I'd be out shooting....

Boo! The build reset all my prefs on what buttons went to what. Not a huge issue, but it would be nice if those things didn't get reset each time you upgrade the firmware now.

Matthew

I think that is the exact term i used too when i lost all my presets... we are working on that :)
