  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi, here are some photos of Ronford-Baker's battery plate and hand grips ('Moose' Bars) on the RED.

Is there a place that I can check out or get these parts in the US? I tried emailing both Ronford directly and Isaia in CA, but received no response from either. Thanks.

would it better to have two battery plate on both sides to keep the balancing of the RED one body and one important thiing is " Don't let the RED one camera to boot up while changing Battery , so two batteries on both sides are hot swapped and no powewr down on the RED one camera.

Thesei are my little thoughts in a small place - Hong Kong.

Does this hand held config allow for a shoulder pad on the bridge plate?
 
Parisrem, surprised you didn't hear back from Ronford, they are always very prompt. Are you sure you used the right email address?
The other thing you can be sure of with RB is that the engineering quality of all their gear is first rate, can't recommend them highly enough.

I mailed them as well last week, no response.......

Actually I just called them, and they are super friendly and fast, it looks like emaling is not the fastest way to contact them....

We have been without our e mail, fax & two phone lines for the whole of last week. The "Pikies" stole the cables from a B.T. box locally.
BACK ON AS OF THIS MORNING. !

The Moose Bars are £215.00 Ex Works U.K. Isaia & Co. have these in stock in L.A.
The Battery brackets are £24.50 Ex Works U.K. Delivery on these is 2-3 weeks.
