Word on the street is that Jim Arthurs isn't getting his RED after all. :(

Mine is ready to ship, but I'm still waiting on a few other things to fall into place. I'll probably have it sometime next month.
 
Bummer for Jim. After seeing what the guy can do with a 200 I was looking forward to seeing him work with RED.

Jeff please let us know when you're set. We've got a monster show we're working on and it's always good to know who else is out there with cameras. Do you know anyone else, other than Firestone, who has one out here yet?
 
Hi Paul,

Art Levy (Boulder) - will be getting his later this month, and the Denver Film School is suppose to get theirs mid-April

We took pictures of our FedEx guy when he arrived. He thought we were weird.

Eh? Already? Congrats! :)

Taxes are going to kick my arse this year. I'm still waiting on the final word from my accountant before I send in my money. I'll be out of town next week too, so hopefully will be able to send in my camera payment when I get back.
 
i'm running out of patience!

...every other delivery, and this fella is banging on my door while i'm drinking coffee in PJs with a bedhead...but today of all days, he is hanging out in a donut shop or something!

c'mon fedex, make my day! off the forums and into the field!
 
Jim did a bunch of testing with me, when my camera first arrived. He took a break from all things RED related for a bit. He's going to do some more testing with me here shortly though.
 
Anybody else got theirs yet? Planet e, have you kissed your FedEx driver lately?

We received our camera in Feb. about 3 weeks before an underwater shoot. We will be showing the footage, the camera and the underwater housing at the next Denver Final Cut Pro Users Group.

RED #1110 is alive and kicking in the Golden area. I'm just a few minutes from Boulder, Denver, etc..
