  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Which Canon primes for Birger mount?

Thanks Antoine! I love to photograph - I just don't get enough chance!

Refresh my memory - do I remember a magnification factor of 1.3 on the RED?

Also - some of these zoom lenses don't have internal zooming capabilities which might make them difficult to work with a matte box no?

Graeme,

The Canon 50mm f 1.4...is it a FD or EF/EOS ?

Would be nice to fit this lense to the RED ONE.
Would it work with the Birger mount ?

It's EOS. It should work with the Birger.

Canadian obsession!!!

Canadian obsession!!!

Graeme,

You live in Canada.

I think you should try out with some Leica lenses Made in Canada.

Also I mean on any Canon EOS camera you have.

And I would like to see what you think.

By the way one suggestion, you could start with Leica Summicron 50 mm f/2 Made in Canada.

And also you could get a good vintage price for this lens there (in Canada) as I know.
