5k WS scale to 1920 output?

By my calculations 5k WS down scales to HD @1920X810. Does that seem right?

I don't quite understand the context of the question - are you referring to aspect ratio?

if you want 1920 x1080 just use 5k hd

I'm trying to figure out the hight pixels for 5k WS aspect ratio scaled to 1920 pixels length. I think it 810 pixels but wanted to check.

Paul answered that in his reply. There is a 5K HD that has 16:9 aspect ratio all set for full HD image with no cropping or letterboxing.

Type in the 5K WS aspect ratio and it'll help down convert to a smaller size retaining the aspect.

Thanks Will, according to the aspect calculator its 810.

1920 / 2.4 = 800 pixels in hight.

1920 / 2.35 = 817 in hight, normally you would round it of to 818.
