Alright this been the best top handle configuration ever. I love it and thought i would share. With the +1 Module this is really a dream.

What's awesome is that I have all these parts and didn't think of this before! However, I would suggest one tweak: the cold shoe mount should go on the side cheese of the handle, not the top. Once you mount a mic on the handle, it'll prevent you from comfortably using the handle.
