Just picked up a DSMC BackPack Tactical without the cheese plate.

Besides the Battery BackPack QuickPlate, what other uses are there for this unit?

How about third-party as well?

129 views and no answer, I take it this item is a bust?

Should have done my research before buying it used.

I dont want to give up on this topic.
Is there any development for this DSMC BACKPACK TACTICAL plate?
Seems odd that I can only find one thing that works with it.

Hi Eric, currently the battery plate is available. Red has shown a prototype of a shoulder brace that slides into Backpack and provides an additional slot to slide in the battery sled. It hasn't been officially announced if it is still in development. That's what we know today.

The DSMC Backpack with the battery sled does provide a secure and compact slot for your V-mount.

Thanks Phil that I got.

Waiting on BRICKs to take advantage of it :)
