  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Are we really living in Matrix....? Red or blue pill?

We're not living in a computer simulation. We are living in an ocean of propaganda. It's a political "matrix" not a computer matrix.

The physicists should use their grant money to study more pressing matters like sustainable energy and energy storage, things that could fix systemic failings that are screwing up the ecosystems forever.

Prayer is a function of an older OS. It is very buggy.

Besides, I'd first like to know if there is indeed something and, if so, who or what it is I'm "praying" to.

Windows New Testament or OS X Mount Sinai Lion ;).

Windows New Testament or OS X Mount Sinai Lion ;).

Exactly. Those are only workable for the least demanding of users, and provide only the most primitive of functions. The source code is of questionable origin,
and even I can find gaping holes and errors within. ( :

Still, let's look on the bright side, just because one attempt to define a "programmer" was clearly the work of a hack or two, and not, as was claimed, the actual work of an omnipotent programmer, that does not preclude the possibility of the existence of a programmer.

DNA can reprogram itself. There could be something interesting in "intelligent design" theory after all. For us to be here in this time. Think of everything that had to happen to our galaxy, exactly how and when it did. Only a quarter of all galaxies are barred spiral galaxies. Half of the star systems are binary. What if the majority of the asteroids and meteors to ever hit earth were of the exact makeup needed. We ended up with just the right mass and just the right amount of water. Just the right size sun and moon, at just the right distance. Going further, the most recent asteroids and meteors came at exactly the right period in earths evolution. What if the entire universe came into existence with the intention of creating us and preparing us for this exact moment in time. Let's make it count! Love you guys...

Maybe there is no repeat/rewind button and we live in a game which is called Once and you can play it only once.

The author of amazing The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy nail it with all that awkwardness and nonsense in it.
Most important thing in our existence is our self awarness, its kind of moment we just step out of that simulation and start to thinking what the hell is going around here?

Another interesting moment is our enjoyment in phenomena of power, intrigue and manipulation with other people. Its kind of simulation too. Hence our ejoyement with stories, books, movies, politics etc.

What I like most is our mix of emotions and mind. Our emotions are several thousand years older thant our thinking so when something extraordinary happen to us and our mind dont know how to deal with its better to let work our emotions first (scream, cry, laught ...) and then let the mind deal with the rest of it, othervise you can come out of your mind and the game is over.

In his book "The Emperor's New Mind" Roger Penrose expressed serious doubt that computers could ever match the intuitive power of human consciousness or that humans could themselves ever understand the fundamental nature of our universe beyond a certain level, since we and our machines are a product of physical laws that we don't completely know or understand.
Modern computers are all Turing machines, and can only deal with information that is "computable". There are many aspects of human knowledge and consciousness that are not computable.
There is a split in modern physics between the mathematical theoreticians and the Baconian empiricists. The Baconians believe that physics must be tied to observable reality through physical experimentation. The mathematicians presume that because the math apparently works it can illuminate reality even though there is no way to physically determine whether they are right or not.
The Baconians would say that they are living in an imaginary matrix of their own making.

No wonder US economy is so poor.

Anyway......

Enabling the existence of microcosm, with precise density, complexity, arrangement and frequency,
of self-conscious energy, capable of rational thought, and expanding its field of awareness venturing into the unknown,
able to analize, adapt and solve, able to move, cure and develop oneself and others, able to create life, beauty and art.

Explore outer and inner space, prior and future times, discovering laws and principles, finding amplitudes and equilibriums,
get born and give birth, get inspired and inspire, get enlightened and enlighten,
contemplate, dream, imagine, express...and love.

Direct emotion, thought and will, to intra-act and interact, to expound and expand,
bridging time and space, arranging energy and matter, fusing experience with exertion,
with principles inherited from, and analogous to its creator.

Branching and flourishing. Flowing and circling. Downloading and decoding, processing and uploading.
Often choked but still living. Pressed but still pushing. Poisoned but self cleansing. Slammed but still striving.
A fraction of Matter. A spark of Energy. In a Breath of Eternity.

I never ever thought that we will be able to do the teleportation or see trillion time slow-motion of light travelling into a coca cola bottle.
And now its reality.
