Hi there EPIC Users.
I'd like to just say that I'm working on a product at the moment that will be specific to yours and the Scarlet camera owners benefit. That said I'd just like to gauge the general configuration you guys are shooting.

I'd like to know how many people are accessing the menu's by the side grip, redmote or the touch LCD. If you could just list your priority shooting when in stripped down mode that would suffice.

Cheers,
Mark.

Working towards an end of November product announcement.

I use a combination of the 5.0" LCD Touch and the DSMC Side Handle. I've customized my side handle keys mostly with focus and exposure tools and obviously control my camera settings with it. I brought my Side Handle with me on an Epic job recently just so I could work faster and quickly zip into focus check and out.

95% of the time I use the touchscreen... other 5% being Redmote - start/stop and menu changes when on a crane/jib or in locked off mode (studio shots).

Sidehandle is useful for Redvolts though :)

I have both the side handle and the touch screen. I exclusively use the touch screen to access menus , I've turned everything off on the side handle except the run button. I use an alphatron evf with a solid camera evf mount instead of the bomb evf that I own.
The redmote has never worked reliably for me and also stays in the bag.
