RED TOUCH LCD: F/stop menu option disappeared

Hi all,

I'm curious to know why my "f/stop" control option on my RED TOUCH LCD disappeared? Usually there are 7 options on the top of the screen: fps, iso, f/stop, shutter, temp, 4k, RC. But for some reason today they are only 6. "f/stop" being the missing option.

What do you mean by missing? Greyed out? Blank?

Have you tried re-seating the lens?

What lens are you attaching Dirk? If a lens is not officially supported by Red it can lose the aperture value at anytime.

Missing, gone, blank.

Yes I have and on muiltple lenses too.

Phil, I have tried attaching multiple Canon lenses, 24-70mm, 50mm, 24-105mm, and still nothing.

You may want to open a support ticket and send in a log file so we can rule out any hardware problems.

I have had this issue it seems a power down then power up solves it or "restore factory settings' .

Correction. I've not had this issue I've had its sister "No ISO" solved by doing the above.
