Great storytelling guys! Grabbed me from the beginning. The color constant yellow color palette throughout was well done:) Of course, nice technique overall.
Beautful...

Congratulations Cail!! I'm looking forward to watching it.

I didn't go to the Brisbane screening this year because they show the films on what is essentially an LED scoreboard, they look awful...

It's the same everywhere... not too bad once you're 40m away.

That said, they were fiddling with the settings during another film I graded, and it pissed me off.

Hey Cail. Where did you grade it? I saw the Roar mention but couldn't recognise any names from there.

awesome short with that signature australian humor! congrats!

Congratulations. I always wish Tropfest will move up to 1080p HD instead of 480p in the future.

Strong field this year. I thought Boo was very good, Photobooth was very well made, My Constellation looked great, and my film Matchbox brothers was well... mine.

Congratulations. I always wish Tropfest will move up to 1080p HD instead of 480p in the future.

The submission master is Digibeta - and given the remote sites receive via (foxtel) satellite there's not much chance of HD outside Sydney anyway.

It would be nice if they accepted HD and put that on Youtube but that would mean a bit more work from their post team...

But hey, what do I know? I just handle the 48 Hour Film Project Melbourne and deal with 30+ HD submissions each year... :)

Congratulation!
