Hi, Im just wondering if anyone knows about the fan turning off on the Scarlett? I believe that it doesnt turn off on the EPIC when the record button is pressed but just decreases in volume a bit. Is this also the case with the Scarlett?

Also is there a link to somewhere I can see the optional audio module which allows you to get 4 channels of audio in via digital aes?
I'd like to see how it fits onto the camera and what the specs are for the 2 analog channels, the pre amps and limiters ...

Are people able to buy these yet for the EPIC/Scarlett? If so how much are they and if not when is the due date?

Thanks for any tips!

Yes the fan quiets down in the Scarlet.

That would be the PRO I/O module Freddy. attaches to the camera via the rear adaptor module. Specs and prices and delivery dates coming soon.

Page 120 of the Scarlet manual says that you can set fan noise to 25% during the record mode. I seem to recall this was 35% for the Epic.
