You guys know that I am not given to exaggeration or hype. This is the real deal. I promise.

We will be announcing publicly and releasing for sale the "Patent-Pending" video application on January 26, 2012 at Macworld | iWorld in San Francisco in a large 20' x 20' booth with much fanfare. In preparation for that event, we are in the process of selecting 10 talented individuals from around the world for a final closed-beta. This is an opportunity to have your socks blown completely off.

Guys, believe me when I say I know what it takes to blow the socks off the average RedUser. It takes A LOT! But trust me, this software is crazy!

is it an on-set app or post-production app? would love to help out (though I'm sure you will get many fine offers) but am deep in post-production until March, then back on production in June. if it is a post-production app, then I would be your willing servant.
 
In all the excitement, you put "bet" instead of "be" -- which oddly enough still might be appropriate, let the betting pool begin! ;)

Though I cannot provide any details publicly, I CAN say that it is both. That's what makes it so revolutionary. There has NEVER been anything like this before in any form, on any platform and everyone will want it once they see it.

The most common response we've gotten from the few that have seen it is "Are you kidding me? No way!"

Hey guys (and gals). I realize the above sounds really outlandishly overconfident. That's not my intention. I just truly believe we've invented something that will revolutionize film making. Our IP attorneys in D.C. were so confident they begged us to patent it 6 months ago. I still need more of you to put your name in the hat. I promise to take care of everyone that raises their hand even if you are not selected in the first 10. Also, I could have posted this thread 4 months ago as we had a working build in September, but I wanted to wait until it was TRULY done.

heh - I want it already! you have paid close attention to the master, grasshopper, here at the RED school of viral marketing!

I think I have become addicted to revolutionizing imaging products...is there a 12-step program for that?
