  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The List - Please maintain

I'm order number 63950, placed on the first. Could there really be 10,000 Scarlet orders between Nov 3 and Dec 1?

You know what? If that's the case, I can't even be mad. I'd just have to be incredibly impressed with Red for such interest-generation, as well as sticking to the 'Out of back-order by February-ish' timeline.

This is good news. I am 2959 and I was guessing late Jan/early Feb. Just might happen! :smiley:
 
Lol its funny to watch how the list changes formats. And also how many people originally added their camera to the list but aren't updating when they receive their camera... =(

I hope they aren't waiting for LCDs to ship... I found a used one and bought that since they were backordered...

EDIT: Also I think some people didn't have the money in their account or pay for it till a later date, so that kind of throws off the delivery dates. I don't know if they save a camera for you until you pay it off in full or what.
 
I suspect the big jump in serial number could be related to bulk shipment to some place like red Europe. They may ship 50-100 units at a time. This could also account for delay in notices as they prepare for a shipment. Just a guess though.

Those who have their Scarlets could probably care less now about updating a list, they're too busy shooting.
