The Aftermath...

[Gareth Gerrard]

Canon dropped the baton last night... RED picked it up, then cracked their scull with it...

I will be investing in the 'future' as soon as I can afford to...

Great stuff, Jim and RED team.

RED +1 Canon -1*

[Sherjil Masoom]

RED +1000 times ... Canon nothing (an historic)

I spent about five minutes with a lady friend discussing the new cameras announced today. Quote of the night:

Her - "That camera is so pretty!"
Me - "Too pretty to be really useful"

[Maximilian Lewin]

Keep it up Canon, someday you might get there... or not-
Thank you Red!

[Brian Merlen]

I knew Canon wouldn't come out on top. No one can touch Red prices....The Alexa and the F65 only help further the sales at Red.com.... Even when the big guys try they still blow it

Pretty? The Scarlet-X looks like a freaking war machine... the Canon looks like a Hasselblad coming back from the grave... pretty. I want my cameras to be tough, pretty is a bonus. Canon = the little girl. Scarlet = amazon warrior. ;-)
