On that note, no one will ever surpass those just doing it for fun. If RED fails, the industry grows, if 'they' fail, a stock drops a .5 of a percent. It is so much fun to watch people who think they have things all under control get flipped on their head.

I should probably post that in the Red One section but as we're talking here about "future", I'd like to know if Red has any plan for the Red One MX.
I've read last night on some twitterfeeds that Red won't probably sell Red Ones anymore and with both Scarlet and Epic, I fully understand that but I'd like to know if Red will still try to develop this cameras (builds, spec, accessories, etc... ).
I know we had tons of free updates and the MX upgrade was definitely a plus for the red One body then some early users had access to the different Stages option, no company have ever do something like that before.
I really like woking with this camera and I don't see myself selling it, the Red One is History.
For example, is the actual build (31) the last one we will have or do you Guys plan to develop some more?

We love the RED ONE. The RED ONE MX just finished shooting "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo"... along with so many others.

We will probably not sell any more RED ONEs but will certainly continue to support it.

I also would like to know that. Even I'm about to receive my EPIC-X I still love my RED ONE, it's almost like a partner to me and love the feel of it. I haven't even upgraded it to M-X 'cause I needed to save money for paying the EPIC-X, but I'd love to keep working with my RED ONE and to upgrade it as far as possible.
