  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

DSMC side handle and Redmote

I think mine shipped today! I reckon you can estimate the shipping by your serial number. Mine is 1048. What is yours?

Side Handles and Redmotes are shipping, we estimate they will be allocated to customers with delivered cameras about a week to 2 weeks max of receiving their camera.

Great news if thats also including those of us buying through Red Europe? I picked up #549 a couple of weeks ago now; really can't wait to get my outstanding components :smile5:

Wow EPIC-M 1048 purchased MONDAY and
EPIC- M 549 Purchased 2 weeks before..

250 Epics a week.. Holy crapola $14,000,000 a week, not bad RED, not BAD! CONGRATS.. Almost a billion in a year if that keeps up! WOWSA!!!!!!
I'm sure I'm completely wrong with the numbers here, but so impressive that ARRI probably hasn't made that much in 10 years on cameras.
God BLESS THE USA!
 
Well than I can only dream that a USA company will kick the butt of a ARRI.. It's my American Spirit! :-)
No offence to German people, I just have a beef with ARRI and CSC, they put so many local companies out of business with there all in one shops that outbid everyone on anything because they own/make the equipment they rent.. Just not fair when a rental house spends a few million on gear and they open shop and low ball for their own stuff.. Bad business.. AND THEY CLOSE their doors like a 9-5 company.. Any issues and get yourself some tissues, they don't care.. Kinda like WAL-MART

My camera from two weeks ago was #1034 I don't think the serial numbers indicate order of delivery. They may indicate order of request for a camera, I requested my camera 16 days ago

Hey Mark, just curious, how long after your wire transfer did it take them to ship it?
