  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Philip Bloom at Kessler at 300 fps

Love it! Way to take one for the team Eric :)

Okay I was going to do one with one of the girls getting hit by Milk, now I will not do it, he he.

Great work, nice one Erik... ;)

No ... I think you should go ahead ... its clear to me that there is significant artistic value in what you suggest. :)

Well, here at reduser we prefer Milk over water. Please go ahead with the experiment. We will be able to debate the technical and artistic slow mo flow of the Epic against the subjects. :)

not to deminish your good fun, but what kind of light were you using cause i see flicker or is that just my eyes at this age?

http://philipbloom.net/2011/06/25/epic300fps/ - He mentions lighting and this issue in his blog write up.

Very interesting that Mr Bloom is playing with an Epic now - how long befoe he bites? :001_smile:

A certain other famous DSLR guy has recently grabbed an Epic-M (Vincent L)... wonder if Shane H is next?

Hmmm. Not what I automatically think of when I hear the words "wet t-shirt" but great pictures nonetheless.

Awesome - thanks for both Eric and Philip for this.

To Ketch, don't be deterred ... I can imagine milk + a gorgeous Italian model -- but somehow your version will be even better than I can imagine :)
