If there is someone available at tech support, could you please give me a call. 269-599-9099. I am scrambling to find a solution so I am posting this here.

I had a client try and copy their last card of the day via a mac laptop. The first three cards transferred fine throughout the day, the last card froze up the computer when inserted into the Red Station. The card says that 47.62GB were used, and 80.4GB remain. Rebooted the computer, and the clips are only playing the first 30 seconds...

When looking at the individual clips, there file size is much smaller, there are 11 clips, (the largest, according to the apple info, says it is 298.4MB). They had no issues when recording (start/stop). The camera was powered by AC power while shooting the last SSD card only. The camera was at one point unplugged from the wall, while still on, and not turned off manually, this was in between takes. (This was after a few takes of shooting on the last card). However, the camera rebooted fine and shooting continued. It was not until inserting the card into the Red Station that they noticed the clips were not complete. In Red Cine, only the first part of the take (10 seconds or less) is viewable.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Im not sure Redundead works with Epic files. I would suggest not doing anything to the card and getting it to Red asap. They have magic software.

Not to hijack this thread, but I'm interested in what the behavior of Epic is in this situation (both what should happen, and what does happen)
