I've seen all of the Epic Owner pictures and by the looks of it, you pick up the camera at RED studios? Is this correct and if so, do you guys go over everything about the camera right then and there?

I would expect. We just shot 5 hours of footage and it came to like 640GB. I'm bringin a lil orange Lacie 500gb.

for those that want to check it out ... the class is finishing it's final day of the week now, so I imagine sometime next week there will be a good amount of comments there (and here on this continued thread is fine to comment on as well, as some people in the class are already doing)

We took lots of pix and even some EPIC behind the scenes footage of the class (highest rez bts footage ever! that we will post when we all recover from the week.. Rique, our summer intern is working on a photo posting site now... will be fun to check out when it's up.

Sounds Epic.
$1000 on the other hand, is ridiculous. I spent that much for a full year program in which I learned the entire film making process.
Not to mention Shooting two short films on Red One and all the facts you need to know along with it.
Sure, this class would be neat. I can barely fathom exactly what you will teach, but 1000 is hefty. I'll wait for other options to open up.
