  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Wow, can't get any more flexibility than that.

I can't imagine how RED can manage to provide such service with, what?, at least 5,000 customers. But, obviously they do.

Jim,

So the transaction *can* wait... you can forget the 30-day thing and say 'let's put a pin in it until the complete order is ready to ship' and keep your R1 until then?

Jim, can you tell us roughly how many EPIC-M's have been built and are now shipped?

This is great new for us Stage 4's. Having the money in the bank, here's hoping that we can place a deposit online. Great to know if we can (I am sure we will be able too :-) ) then we will have EPIC-X by the end of the summer.

Thanks Jim and the entire RED team for potentially making these deadlines!

My understanding is we still have to pay for the Epic-X in 30 days from the email saying your Epic-X is ready to ship. But it's your choice to delay shipment and trade-in.
 
I'm a Stage 2 and ready to pay...yesterday, though I am probably near the back of the bus in that phase.

With all the work we've got lined up I definitely would like to know how and when we can line up for a 2nd Epic body (considering we're not technically a 'new' customer).

Wasn't that option contingent on some or all the Stage 2 and Stage 3 modules or accessories not being available or enabled?

Jim, do you think online ordering is gonna be possible around same time as NAB happening? Or NAB orders will be delivered first?
