Hey folks,
I've accumulated too many computers. Time to sell one.
Here's what's for sale:
17" MacBook Pro
2.8GHz i7 processor
4GB RAM
500GB HD
Matte screen
EX34 slot
AppleCare Protection Plan
Speck MBP case in black
The part number is MC846LL/A
The whole lot was purchased on November 22nd, 2010 at the Glendale Apple Store.
AppleCare expires November 22nd, 2013.
The computer is in wonderful shape. It's only been on one job and has spent its life in the Speck case sitting on a Mobile Rocket being used on one movie. It was literally installed on the Mobile Rocket once and removed several months later. It spent its nights in a Pelican case on a nice camera truck for a few weeks on location and the rest of the time sitting on an unmoved cart 24/7. It's brand spankin' new.
There is a slight nick in the aluminum about .75" from the front-right corner of the wrist pad from the way that the Maxx Digital Mobile Rocket holds onto the computer. I've checked it with Apple and it does not affect the APP status. It's about 1mm.
All original discs, documentation, packaging and receipt will be included.
Retail price with tax is $3,446.85 [$3,163.95 without]. These are all currently shipping items, so if you went to Apple and bought one for yourself today... that's what you'd pay. The machine is exactly 90 days old today. It just spent the last 3 months as the on-set color correction computer for The Muppets.
Asking $2,800. Will entertain reasonable offers. PM or email me.
