Censor size comparisons

I thought this information would be helpful for people who aren't exactly sure what the difference really is between all the different Sensor sizes in different cameras.

That's awesome. I've been so obsessed with shallow DOF with this whole DSLR craze (7D owner here)... but looking at the chart? Honestly, I prefer the Scarlet's look with the lens at 2.6. Enough for a blurry background, not so much that it makes me feel my eyes need to be checked...

I'm really excited for the fixed RED Scarlet. If it stays around $6,000, I might actually be able to own something with the RED logo on it. Right now what really excites me is 120fps at 3K RAW. Dealing with a bit deeper of a DOF is worth that to me.

I agree completely with that !
Even if zoom lenses are known for having less resolution, I'm sure the fixed scarlet will have an awesome lens !
