  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

For the Love of GOD, can I please deliver my footage!

I guess that's why I haven't noticed the bug... Haven't used anything but a full de-bayer since getting the Rocket... Good to know about the potential issue.

Just getting back to this after a long flight back from Hawaii. Matt from red sent me a new version that I'll test as soon as I get settled. Glad to see I'm not just going all insanity! Sorry for all the ranting! I just want RED to get a little deeper into this workflow. (or a 3rd party). CS5 looks REALLY promising for stuff I edit, but I still need a way to deliver prores clips to some clients. Thanks for everybodys help, by the way. Got to love the inkeernet!
 
VICTORY!! The new build 262 solves the black line /scaling issue! And let me say THANKS to the guys at RED support for doing it so quickly. I owe them a BIG thanks after all my bitching and moaning. I don't know of any other company that responds so quickly to customers..

BUILD 262? thought we were at 261? is that updated and downloadable now?
.....also an issue i discovered last night after shooting a sunset with MX camera, firmware 30.6(if that's it--but latest as of yesterday) and RCX build 261. When i view on my screen using RR card at 1/2 res it looks fine, but if i go to FULL res.... I get HUGE amounts of pixelation or artifacting---only in full res. Then if i go monitor out to my CC monitor it looks normal. Has this issue been seen yet by RED? ----see attachments
