So we shoot a bunch of shorts with a local theater group where we live, and usually we just grab the HVX or a handy cam. This time however The Precious (our Red One) was sitting idle the day of the shoot so I grabbed it and took it to the studio.

More than once the other guys were like "The Red- are you serious?", and I kind of agree with them, but using a Red One badly is better than not using a Red One at all right... right?

It could have looked better if you they'd used one of those special lense filters that make bad images stay out of my head, I think they're called "lense caps" or something..

..also, if you hit the record button twice, quickly, the R1 has a special record mode for such material called "Not recording".. I would suggest to clients they use that mode if something like that happened to me, or maybe just be quiet and insist on cash before leaving.. damn this monetary system..

why do I want to watch it again? It makes me dizzy and a bit sicky..

okay i was skeptical... but this is the worst thing i have witnessed shot on the red.

I def have something to top it, but I can't show it, I might get sued... but trust me, the movie was really... really bad. It made this look like an Oscar winner.

Can we have it in 4k? Please.
I´m sure the story will benefit from higher rez
