Hey guys,
So our battle tested Scarlet arrived today (from the recent deal of a lifetime thread, also our first Red) & unfortunately we don't have the money right now to go straight to the touch screen and instead went for the side handle along with a Zacuto Z Finder for viewing purposes. My problem is that when the Scarlet feeds into the Zacuto I'm only seeing the top half of the image.
Has anybody come across this problem before or does anyone have any clues as to a possible solution?
Have tried the HDMI cable in separate monitors being fed from Scarlet and all come through perfect apart from the Zacuto.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I apologise if I'm making a stupid mistake but just like everyone at some stage this is my first Red experience!
