Will there be a series of 'builds' for Scarlet?

I've been watching the Build releases for Red One and I am sure a lot of these advancements will appear in Scarlet. But its been stated that the electronics in the Scarlet brains will be limited. This leads me to some questions ...

1. How does this affect the ability for these cameras to be improved with 'builds'? Or will they even have them?

2. I am assuming that the top and the bottom of the range of scarlets will have completely different electronics. Does this mean every Scarlet will be on a separate path of Builds? (and every Epic for that matter)

I'm sure there will be builds for the whole line up as there are for the RED ONE, how it will be handled across several different models is something we will find out in the coming months.
