What do these hours mean?

I have a bt Red mx for sale in the section and checked hours and the reading was
:02:10:43:00 is this 2 hours, ten minutes, 43 seconds and no frames or something else?

I'm sure a Red One owner can chime in, but I would guess 2 days, 10 hours and 43 minutes personally.

I thought it was supposed to have a simple hours counter? Dude... its not ticking and going backwards or anything is it!!!!!!!!

Maybe it's just the timecode.

Hours are calculated by the time the camera has been ON, not just REC?

yeah that's the time code. it has 476 hours.
