Unable to Shoot 60 FPS at 5K

My camera came back from a shoot and doesn't let me choose to shoot 59.94 in 5K anymore. Please call me an idiot but I've reinstalled firmware 6.3.102, insured that HDRx is off, and Look Around is also off.

The fastest frame rates my Scarlet-W can shoot are:
50.85 FPS at 5K FF,
53.63 FPS at 5K 2:1,
63.56 FPS at 5K WS,
and
50.85 FPS at 5K HD

Any advice to get settings back to normal?

Pretty sure that's always been the case with Scarlet-W. Only 60 at WS

Thanks guys. I should've done a quick google search instead of looking into a million other parameters. I guess in times of confusion we do the oddest things.
