That's exactly how I was planning on renting out my Epic-X once it arrives. I trust this approach has worked well for you?

I might have been able to rent it out more than I have, but so far this has been my approach to avoid any major disasters like extremely damaged equipment or theft. I'd say 70% of my rental business has come through companies like Anders' and other rental houses sub-renting my camera when they've needed extra gear or parts.
