Steadicam Zephyr HD Monitor + Scarlet SDI = No Signal

Just recently bought a Steadicam Zephyr HD model and am trying to hook it up to fly with my Scarlet. However, I've tried running several configurations with the HD BNC cable to the sled and am not getting any signal to the Steadicam monitor.

Any suggestions or pointers? Any local operators in LA able to lend a hand?

First bet would be double check you are using the SDI input on the top stage, and then make sure you are going to the HD sdi IN on the monitor. This would be obvious, but I would recommend double checking. Try going from the Epic directly into your monitor IN bypassing the sled.
