Setting color tint on Komodo from external color meter?

I picked up a the Illuminati Color meter and was testing it this morning.When using it, It returned the color value at say 5130 and a tint value of 1/4 green. I went to the tint on my Red Control App and it has values from -100 to +100 where 0 is no change. What would be 1/4 green fractional measurement on the numeric scale on the app or in camera?

If you do an Auto White Balance in-camera under the same light you've used the colour-meter on, you can see what Tint value comes up.

There is no constant equivalence between the two scales of measurement though, as they're actually quantifying different things.
