Just want to talk about time-lapse capabilities advantages and issues.

This is what i know.

Low frame rates can be set in the UI down to multiple seconds.
Long exposures is still being worked on and limits are TBD.

REDmote can control and trigger start/stop.
It doesn't actually control individual frames but it could
be added.

For direct control of intervals, you can use the
shutter pulse input which will drive the pulses as slow
as you want up to about 1/2 the max framerate.

We should also be able to add that to the serial and ethernet ports.

Fantastic news, thanks for posting. Hopefully long exposures will stretch out to at least 30" to a minute (and more).

Awesome news. Looks like it's pushing the boandaries of most pro dSLR's, which is going to be another great source of easy income on one camera. Brilliant.

Hopefully none of this restricted to redmotes, but if so, a $550 adaptor to unlock capabilities is a steal regardless.

Awesome thanks for posting...cheers!

Does anyone have experience with Kessler gear im looking to invest in them ?

Im exited about up coming developments to do with computer based keyframe motion control with bezier curves as well as all lens adjustments over time .....very cool.

I think this guy Eric Kessler has a Jobs / jannard kinda spark..... i just found this....WOW
