Scarlet-W have the same sensor as Dragon-X 6K S35?
If yes what's the main difference and is it worth to buy used scarlet-w kit which in nowadays are very cheap.

No, Scarlet-W is physically limited to 5K (the sensor/die size is cut to that limit, like how Raven is physically only 4.5k), and it has limited compression ratio and lower frame rates at 5K than Dragon-X. Also because Dragon-X is DSMC2 Unified, it has full IPP2 support, whereas Scarlet-W has some limitations there as well.

What's about the Scarlet-W image quality compared with komodo, dragon-x 6k?
ProRes recording is available only at 2K on Scarlet-W?

I have Dragon 6K & Scarlet-W 5K & nobody outside of Reduser would notice a difference @ 5K.
Edit: To answer your original question, IIRC they are cut from the same sensor

1. Do you have a video, where you used to shoot with the both cameras?
2. ProRes recording is available on all resolutions at the Scarlet W?
3. How long does it takes black shading on Scarlet W?
