scarlet ti canon mount. where in the line are we for future updates ? dragon ?

i´m not complaining but i ask a few questions, maybe i get an answer...



i ordered my scarlet ti canon bundle on nov. 5th.

i still have my camera not received.

how many scarlet´s arrived in the meantime. 1.500 ?

what will be my place in a line, if it comes to dragon upgrades ???

what have i done wrong? did i choose the wrong mount ?

i got my allocation mail more than two weeks ago, it was on feb. 9th.

today it is feb. 28, no shipping notice, no camera.


i ordered a redmote (so 4690), it is still not allocated to me. but:

and where is mine ???

so 4690 ? is 4690 behind 5301 and 8249?

or did i understand anything wrong on the "your place in line" thing ?

thanks for forwarding my mail, she tried to explain but i still do not understand... :-(
but maybe there are things, which are not to understand.
it is as it is and i give up.
i waited more than three years, and the wait is still not over.

i got a mail, in which was explained, that the allocation depends on ordering date. not on sales order numbers.
i still don´t get it. the newest case:

mr jeffrey woodings ordered a redmote on 11/12/23, so nr. 8191.
i ordered a redmote on 11/11/19, so nr. 4690.

mr jeffrey woodings wrote today: redmote allocated.
i can´t write that because: no allocation received.

maybe it depends not only on the order date or on the order number? hair color?

on the other hand my epic-x is allocated. makes me happy but: when the scarlet-x was allocated to me on feb. 9th, the mail says: "your camera is nearly ready to ship".
today is feb. 29th. i have no camera. i have no accessories. i don´t have any shipping information.

and this is, why i can´t pay the money - better said: i will not pay the wire transfer for the epic-x which i have ordered without any accessories. i ordered the brain only. think on that: i pay for the epic-x and receive the epic-x brain. nothing else.
what would i do with the epic-x brain ?

so red. send me my (on feb. 9th allocated) camera with all the accessories which i have ordered and give me a reason for paying the money for my (allocated) epic-x.

just wanted to say that: I´M NOT ANGRY. sometimes a little bit confused, than a little bit frustrated. but not angry. i´m sitting on hot coals.

i know that there are a LOT OF orders and you do the best you can. you always responded very fast and asked my questions, no matter how simple or stupid they were
