Scarlet 5k 12fps or 5k HDR 6fps

I was wondering if I could get away with using these modes for relatively still wide angle setting shots, such as for example maybe a barn with a couple trees in the shot? Or a shot of a parked car on a street at night?

Would a small amount of movement from something like leafs be tolerable or would any motion cause the shot to look weird?

I think i saw Philip Bloom mention something like this is workable. Thanks for any advice.

12fps can work if their isn't much movement at all. I have used it this way before but really it just depends on the specific shot.
