RR Callback - decode failed. What is going on with CineX 30

Hi James, All I did was download the latest Rocket firmware update and go through the steps as if I was updating the firmware. I think the biggest problem for me was Redcine X 30, now that I'm back on 22.4 I haven't had any problems on my iMac or laptop. If you're having trouble locating 22.4 let me know and I'll send the DMG over to you.
 
Hi Robert tried these steps and got the same problem. think i'll be chatting to my bank...:-(
 
I've just had a thought...I recently updated my mac to OSX V 10.9.2
Do you think this could have anything to do with it???

I'm just trying to work out why this seemed to happen when I made changes and maybe my Rocket isn't dead...
