Hey Guys
I'm having trouble with My redmote and Scarlet locking up togther.
I sent the redmote back to red after talking with support and got it back and still will not see the scarlet.
If I try to use it on the epic it works ...take it back to the scarlet and works once then can't find the camera.
Has anyone had a problem of this sort?

Hi Daniel,

I'm shooting in the dark here; however, I suspect this may be related to the redmote pairing w/ the epic. (maybe automatically?)
First make sure all devices(redmote/epic/scarlet) are updated to the same/current firmware roll-out.

Try this:

Take it off the epic,
unpair and turn off the radio/wireless connection on the redmote,
restart the redmote,
now put it on the scarlet.

I'm not sure if it's currently possible to just swap the redmote between different cameras and have it auto unpair and repair.
May be a firmware limitation/thing/bug (just a hunch)

Daniel,
Thanks we have try that. It smeens to me that when its unpair from the epic then take it to the scarlet it pairs there then after a few minutes it loses the connection with the
scarlet. We reinstalled firm on both redmote and scarlett but they will not find each other. I was wondering if anyone had a like issue.

Hi Guys,

It appears that when using a Top Plate ( we use a an Apolo top plate from Action products), the redmote doesn't connect anymore to the camera. Did the test twice, it reconnects in a second, when the top plate is removed.
I need to discuss about it with people from Action products.
