Hi Guys!

I was approached by a producer of a feature that will be shot almost entirely in June in the Colombian Amazon jungle where temperatures range from 80 to 90 F and humidity from 68 to 87% daily. He is reluctant to use the RED because according to him the camera poses a risk of malfunction under these conditions.
Any advice?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Edgar,
I just spent 10 days shoot on an atoll just off the equator where the humidity was off the charts. The Red performed beautifully the whole time. There were plenty of times where I wasn't able to shield it from direct light and it still did well. No overheating issues at all.
So from my experience, humidity wasn't a limiting factor in shooting. Hope that helps.
