RED Support Portal - "Submit" button not working

I'm trying to drop a support ticket. I can fill out all of the fields on the support portal just fine, but the big red "Submit" button doesn't seem to work. I push it, and nothing happens. I've tried to submit via both Safari and Chrome, but neither responds.

Is there an issue on the RED end?
