  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Red Rocket X incorrect driver?

Hi everyone , I installed a rocket x update, and for whatever reason the card is not recognized in red cine X and Final Cut Pro X, but on the Mac OS X screen it recognizes and says driver installed.

On redcine X (39) it says incorrect driver or badly installed driver, and in Final Cut X it says "Error 4". I'm using a Magma thunderbolt 2 enclosure on the latest 27" iMac, OSX El Capitan 10.11.4.

Any help really appreciated! How do we revert the rocket x firmware?

Ok, after all sorts of troubleshooting, I think it was an OSX issue. I was in El Capitan 1.03 and now upgraded to the latest os, which seems to play better with the rocket. Everything seems to work fine now.
