Red Pro Prime Lens Cap Issue

I have been using a set of Red lenses (specifically, 18, 25, 35, 50, 100 and a 17-50 zoom) on a Red One for the past few months. It's safe to say i'm blown away. I have, however, had a problem with the lens caps. The cap does not fit tightly over the lens. It constantly falls off as i'm switching lenses and pulling lenses out of my bag. The internal "blades" on the inside of the cap appear to have been worn down due to too tight of a fit on initial uses. What happened to the lens caps before I got them I am not sure of but, I was hoping I could get some more information here on whether or not this is a common problem and what red plans to do about it. I work in very dusty environments with these lenses and when the cap falls off so easily it poses a dropping hazard.
