Hi there!

I'v been a regular visitor to this forum since the second round of reservations in January and today seems like a good day for post #1. My business partner and I have 10 REDs reserved between the two of us and I have to say that, at this point, it still feels like the right move!

Since that time we've also made a long term arrangement to use camera #0043. Having done so allowed us to get a jump on the learning curve and be one of two early RED ONE authorities here in the Atlanta area. Camera #0043, having now been tested and proven, is ready for short and long term rental projects.

If you did not seize the opportunity to reserve an early RED and would like to participate in a short term (cross) rental arrangement with one of ours starting in February (pending the current delivery schedule holds). Please feel free to PM me. Likewise for any immediate rental arrangements for #0043.

Wow ten REDs! You should get in touch with Max and Tim over at Paradise FX they have been shooting some "Circle Vision" lately. Uses something like eight or nine cameras if I remember right.

The answer to both questions is YES. Some of my reds will be in the rental market. Others will be dedicated to ongoing projects. :weight_lift:

Joe,

I'm working with several motion picture and television editors who are interested in developing a post production workflow for RED media.

We'd love a chance to see the RED camera in action, or just to be able to get hold of some shot media and see how it works with Avid and FCP.

Any chance you could let us have some media files to work with, or even better drop by a shoot?
