  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I don't know where to begin. Unpackaged the camera and wow. Amazing! Everything and more than what I expected!!

Now that was the good part.

Communication between myself and the rep sucked ass.

I've specifically said "contact me before my shipment goes out the door just to confirm". The only reason i asked for this was because I had to constantly remind my rep my order. I'm not talking once or twice. So my order goes out the door and no call just an email with tracking. The order was to be shipped to my business and not my home. I tried to wait as long as I could for FEDEX but had to go to work. I called FEDEX and told them to take the package back to the facility. But whatever I'm not gonna let that bother me. I was so geeked I told myself everything is gonna be cool! BTW how many of you received a package for 25k that was left on your porch unsigned? Luckily all my emails fwd to my phone and got one from FEDEX. I basically FLEW home (12 miles in 5 minutes) Anyways, after all this and I still get a bunch of accessories that I did not want!

I've been waiting for this day for a very long time and I'm really trying not to get upset over this whole thing.

I think it's time for a new rep.
 
Abu Reno, we are working at a furious pace to get out cameras as quickly as we can to get them out to you. Each BOMB SQUAD rep helps deliver one-on-one service to dozens of customers every two weeks with each delivery batch. Our communication has improved by leaps and bounds at the same time our delivery quantities have ramped up at a freakish rate.

That all being said, I apologize that you did not get a call before the order went out. Kelly, our sales manager, is checking in with Hoover to see how this could have been handled in a more open and efficient manner.

We are open 100% to constructive criticism and suggestions on how to improve. RED shows time and time again that we listen to our customers. I just ask anyone who wants to give feedback on the order process to Kelly and/or I via PM or email so we can act upon that feedback. I know there is frustration when things don't happen exactly according to plan, but I am also happy that you are stoked to get your camera.
