I wasn't sure what section to ask this.

I am looking for a way to communicate between crew and have my hands free. Keen to have an all in one headphone setup. I really dont know a lot about RT/ walkie talkie setups, can any one recommend a set that's a good price and good performance? I dont really want a blue tooth solution, more of a all in one transmitter/ receiver thats in the form of a headphones with the mic around the front.

Cheers Paul

I have seen DataVideo intercoms used on shoots, so that's one pro option:

Otherwise, if you need something wireless and affordable but will work across long distances, a Motorola CP200 Walkie system is easy to find, widely available cheap, and I see them used all the time on eBay. They have wired push-to-talk headsets that work fine. A bunch of LA places rent them for maybe $3-$4 per unit a day.
