I have shot in the past with regular lamps.
I enjoyed the result, however. Is there a rule to shooting with lamps, how to make sure there is no "slow flicker" over the course of a minute, etcetera.
And how would you even test this without filming then watching back in double speed to see the flicker?
I would prefer to not use LED bulbs...
I have a very large lighting kit at this point, one or two of everything one would need to light, but I still look back at how much enjoyment I got out of using practical lamps to light, instead of the non joy I get now with the real grip and lighting gear.
