post workflow

to do the apple workflow i think i will be familiar with.

but if we wan't to make the offline cut with avid, i don't know which
format will be the right one to make a tc synced offline cut (we will use a timecodeclap), when exporting the daylies from redalert. there are some bad things with the apple workflow???
hopefully someone of you can help pse...
