PC Build - Render/Read R3D's what's most important? Processor, Video Card or memory

Hi,

I'm looking to build a PC and I'm wondering what do the various apps for transcoding/reading Red footage mostly require? Is it mostly processor power or do some apps enjoy running red footage using the video card?

I've not looked at CS5 much, would this be mostly processor, video card or memory? Or if a combination of any which is most important?

Finally are there any apps that utilise SLI with Nvidia cards to render Red footage better?

Any help appreciated
