  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Online Order Gone Missing

On 31 December 2011 at about 10 pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time) I have placed an order for stage 4 Epic X with PL mount and side SSD (for $31k) to lock in the price before the increase. I put the deposit on my trusty credit card and completed the checkout without a glitch. I have not received any email confirmation, which I attributed to the holiday season. When I followed up my order with Bomb Squad, I was informed that my order was not there. I was also informed that I can not get the price as of the time before the increase.

This was first time I experienced my order gone missing. Has anyone experienced similar issue?
 
Hello Pawel,

I will have our web team look into this. You might receive an email from your Bomb Squad Rep asking for addtional informaiton. If this is an issue on RED's end, we will fix it.
