  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

I am just wondering what will be the problems/issues I will run into with workflow using footage from different cameras with different builds. We were renting a camera on Build 15 V. 2.2.5 and now have two new bodies from RED with Build 16 V 3.2.5 already installed. From what I see on the support website, you can not downgrade from 16 to 15. So what should I know about this process/situation.

If you're cooking the footy into quicktimes you have nothing to worry about.

I'm currently editing a MMA fight that was shot with both B16/B17 cameras, 2K and 4K. No problems (but I transcoded into ProRes)...
